Michael prepared 4 x 1/2 acre building blocks for sale or development in this delightful Campbells Creek valley. The blocks have a gentle slope down to a seasonal Creek. Numbers 36 - 38 (seen here) Moscript St,Campbells Creek, are ready for sale with all services laid right across the Creek on a new bridge straight up the driveway to the home sites. numbers 40 and 42 have been sold. For more info contact us on michael@michaelpalmer.com.au
The State Forest on the ridge across the valley gives a green vista along the skyline and is home to much native flora and fauna. Kangaroos are regular visitors to these paddocks and a corridor of Native Trees was begun with a planting 4 years ago to provide them with a place within the new subdivision. 1000 more trees and shrubs have been planted since the earthworks were completed, nestled safely into tonnes of eucalytus mulch. They have remained regular visitors during the earthworks and will keep coming if the lucky purchaser wishes them to.
The mulch will break down over time and is the same leaf and twig ground cover as the forest floor in the local area. It is being sourced from the local eucalyptus oil works and is high quality eucy mulch.
Blocks 36 & 38 have a slightly steeper slope and a cut has been landscaped in to allow a level house site. Opportunities for a shady hanging garden or a semi underground home provide some green options for land buyers.
The Creek crossing to 36 & 38 Moscript St occurs on a wide section of the Creek and the bridge had to be larger to cover the span.
An existing bridge into 40 - 42 Moscript St was widened and reinforced to bring it up to current specs.
Looking back up the hill to number 36 Moscript St. The Creek is particularly beautiful beneath this block with a healthy growth of water grasses and sedges, and the best of the Remnant bush land River Redgums shading them.
